AWS highlights Loka as one of the partners bringing production-ready AI agents to AWS Marketplace through the Generative AI Innovation Center (GenAIIC) Partner Agent Factory. The milestone reflects Loka's successful participation in the GenAIIC bootcamp and showcases the company's expertise in developing enterprise-grade agentic AI solutions alongside AWS.

The article explores how to build a natural, low-latency voice agent using Amazon Nova 2 Sonic, covering architecture, implementation patterns, and best practices for delivering real-time conversational AI experiences.

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) highlights Loka's collaboration with Experity in its latest whitepaper on enterprise GenAI adoption. The paper showcases how Loka helped design Care Agent—an agentic AI solution that transforms clinical conversations into structured data for downstream workflows, including billing—and features insights from Loka's VP of Healthcare & Life Sciences, Sushmitha Regulapati, on reducing administrative burden through AI.

Loka joined Anthropic’s Claude Partner Network Services Track as a Select-tier partner. The designation reflects Loka’s experience helping organizations design, build and scale AI systems using Claude across complex enterprise environments.

The new agreement reflects Loka's exceptional execution against all performance metrics since the initial SCA announcement in December 2024, resulting in increased investment and expanded scope to drive even more effective AI and cloud transformation initiatives for customers.

With OpenAI models now generally available on Amazon Bedrock, Loka is among a select group of partners chosen to help customers adopt, migrate and build with these models inside their own AWS environment.

AWS has named Loka in its latest deep-dive on multimodal biological foundation models (BioFMs), the AI systems reshaping how biopharma companies design therapies, predict treatment outcomes and accelerate clinical development. Customers building on AWS for drug discovery and clinical applications are pointed to Loka, Accenture and Deloitte for the specialized bioinformatics and cloud expertise needed to take BioFMs from concept to production.

Loka has appointed Jeff Bruce--former AWS GM and Head of Partner Sales for SMB and Startups--as its new SVP of Global Sales. Bruce brings seven years of AWS leadership to Loka as the company expands its SMB focus and builds on 500+ AI and agentic projects delivered since 2023.
